This page describes what the site keeps in your browser and what we receive when you make a reservation.

What is kept in your browser
Language (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, one year), light or dark theme (vg-theme in localStorage), your answer to the cookie notice (vg-consent in localStorage, one year) and — for the owner only — the vg_admin_session sign-in cookie, which lasts eight hours. All are strictly necessary and none of them tracks your behaviour.
The optional map
The Coverage area screen can show a map with tiles from OpenStreetMap. It is loaded only after you consent, because the request makes your IP address visible to OpenStreetMap. If you decline, no request is sent at all.
Booking details
The reservation form collects a name, phone, email, registration number and address — so that we can reach you and confirm the slot. They are held in the site database and removed once the retention period ends.
No third-party tracking
The site uses no analytics, advertising or profiling service. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel and no external consent platform. Fonts are served by the site itself.
Changing your mind
The "Cookies" link at the foot of every page opens the notice again. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also resets the choice, and it will be asked for afresh.
